Chef John Schlaner
Chef Schlaner is a Certified Executive Chef through the American Culinary Federation, a fellow in the American Academy of Chefs (the honor society of the ACF) and a member Chaine des Rotisseurs. He is responsible for all culinary applications as it relates to food production for the vessel commissary, grab and go, On The Rocks Restaurant – Cape May and Special Event Functions.
